Early diagnosis of oral lesions is vital for their easy, fast, and low-cost treatment. For this reason, all our patients, after their first visit, are given an individualized protocol of re-calls and oral hygiene instructions depending on their therapeutic needs. During checkups, a thorough clinical examination of the teeth, gums and a cancer screening are performed.
Digital intraoral radiography
Many carious lesions may not be visible during clinical examination. Digital radiography helps us identify all underlying dental problems as well as their extent. In our office, intraoral digital X-rays can be taken on site. Unlike conventional analog X-rays, with digital ones the patient receives a smaller dose of radiation, the results are immediately available and finally the radiographic image is of greater diagnostic value.
